Uleiul de in obtinut prin presare la rece din seminte de in curatate si avand umiditatea de 8-9% are calitati dietetice cu totul speciale. Este uleiul vegetal cu cel mai inalt continut de acid linolenic, acid gras esential de tip Omega 3 pe care-l contine de doua ori mai mult decat uleiul de peste. Proteina din uleiul de seminte de in este usor digerabila si contine aminoacizii necesari pentru mentinerea unui organism puternic si sanatos. Folosirea uleiului de in presat la rece previne ateroscleroza si aparitia bolilor de inima. Este in acelasi timp un ulei foarte placut la miros si gust si astfel foarte folosit in salate, maioneze si in prepararea alimentelor inabusite. In acelasi timp , fiind un ulei sicativ, se foloseste in industria vopselurilor, in special la obtinerea culorilor pentru pictura.

Uleiul de seminţe de in este 100 % natural, obţinut prin presare la rece. Are calităţi deosebite, conţinând de 2 ori mai mulţi acizi graşi Omega 3(Acid Alpha Linoleic) decât uleiul de peşte şi un amestec de acizi esenţiali Omega 3 şi Omega 9(Acid Oleic). Toţi aceşti aminoacizi au un rol primordial în refacerea celulară, fiind foarte utili în diverse afecţiuni. Proteina din uleiul de seminţe de in este uşor digerabilă şi conţine toţi aminoacizii necesari pentru menţinerea unui organism puternic şi sănătos.

În compoziţia uleiului de seminţe de in, intră lignani care au proprietăţi antivirale, antibacteriene, antiparazitare şi antitumorale. Uleiul de seminţe de in conţine lecitină şi este deosebit de eficient în reglarea tranzitului intestinal.
